Today’s Message:

424: Our spirit helpers are part of our support system and they helps us navigate through life’s up’s and down’s.

The key to their assistance is simple….just ask. If we don’t ask they are unable to step in without our permission to do so. Once we have asked for their assistance we must also do our part to make things happen and keep the energy flowing. Take opportunities when they present themselves and stay strong in your faith in the universe and in yourself. Remember that the key lies within you. Make time for a self check and ask yourself:

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

• Archangel Raguel sets us on the path to personal empowerment. He helps us to find our strength and promotes clarity when we feel conflicted about what to do next by providing a boost of energy and by bringing order to your thoughts. He empowers the underdog and also acts as a motivational coach when we feel down on ourselves and can help you to reach your full potential.

• The Ascended Master Solomon helps us to take what we are given and make the most of it. He teaches us how to do things more efficiently as he guides us through difficult situations. Focus and efficiency help us in our quest for personal evolution and help create the necessary stepping stones we need to move ahead.

• The Hawaiian fire goddess Pele helps us to ignite our inner fire. This fire when channeled correctly helps to fuel our passions and sense of purpose. She is a goddess of empowerment teaches us about honest communication and how it aids our goal setting and getting. “Within you lives the sacred fire that gives life to your greatest dreams and passions. This part of you must be allowed to come forward, not smothered beneath fear, resentment or the expectations of others. Your fire will help you forge new paths!”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

• Agate is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to make the most of our life experiences.

• Purple Fluorite helps strengthen our intuitive powers as it helps dispel fixed ideas and thoughts and brings the rational thinking forward so that new information is easily accepted. It is a protective stone that draws away negative energy and stress. It cleans and re-energizes the aura and promotes overall harmony and order.

• Blue Quartz helps us to understand our spiritual nature and gives us a spiriual boost as it brings hope as it calms the mind and helps us to become more self-reliant. Together these things promote happiness and feelings of well being. It also cleanses the energy of our outer environment as it supports peaceful interactions with those around us. Blue Quartz also promotes clarity and eases any fear we may experience as we continue to explore. It works with both the Throat and Third Eye Chakras and helps us to speak our truth and promotes being heard and positive communication.
