May’s Theme: This month brings changes to your life. While change sometimes feels scary, it is a necessary thing for our overall growth. Be willing to embrace it and allow it to happen naturally and get ready for better things!

Today’s Message:

512: The work associated with change can be challenging to say the least.

However, when change takes place its usually for the best and the best FOR us. Today the universe is asking us to embrace the changes currently taking place. Transformations do take time but the benefits will definitely be worth it as they help us to create a better life. The key is to meet change with openness and optimism. This helps us to become more self reliant and confident as it builds both trust and faith. This is the groundwork on which all new things start and the basis for personal fulfillment and happiness. Ask for help or guidance if you need it and remember that help comes in all forms and can arrive from any direction. Give yourself a BIG hug today, you deserve it!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

• Archangel Zadkiel helps to heal our hearts and minds so that accepting support in all forms is easier. He also promotes compassion for ourselves and others while helping us to find things that we have lost, forgotten about or set aside. Ego is not a friend of truth as it forcibly tells us that we don’t need help and can do everything by ourselves.  He boosts our faith and fills our hearts with peace and calm. He also helps us to remember information that will help us on this grand adventure.

• The Ascended Master Serapis Bey helps us to release our troubles and offers clear guidance and motivation regarding our own self-improvement. He also helps us gain spiritual insight and teaches us that loving care is essential to navigating change.

• The Welsh Goddess Cerridwen uses her cauldron “Amen” to help provide us with knowledge, wisdom, personal rebirth and inspiration. remember that change brings us the transformation that we need. She reminds us “The opportunity for your own transformation lies before you. It provides you the chance to spread your wings and grow. Look into my sacred cauldron and see the vision of your path unfolding before you.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

• Pyrite has warm, positive energy. It teaches us to have confidence in our skills and abilities so that we are able to realize our true potential by stimulating new ideas and knowledge of our own self-worth. Pyrite also helps to balance instinct with innate intuition and overall creativity.

• Rose Quartz brings us inner peace and harmony which is essential to increasing our faith and promoting self-love which is key to positive self-expression and empowerment.  It helps to promote the softer, more loving view that we need to embrace gratitude.

• Sunstone brings personal empowerment and fights procrastination. It brings out our natural optimism, self-confidence, and promotes our natural flow of abundance as it soothes our fear of change and the accompanying stress that change can bring. Sunstone has a strong connection to light and helps to harness the re-energizing power of the sun during meditation and everyday life. It is linked to all benevolent deities and brings good fortune and luck.
