Attune to the Earth

We have moved through a profound period of purification where the cellular structure has been cleared of lifetimes of stored pain, trauma, suffering, disconnection and imbalance. These distorted energies were created over many, many lifetimes and unfortunately cannot just disappear over night. Things may feel a little or a lot all over the place so all we can do is rest our mind, flow the wisdom of our soul and avoid taking any action until strongly called to do so.

There are many ways to support yourself through this process. Surrendering to the energy flow of the universe is key but spending time in nature and attuning to the Earths energy does help. This will strengthen your energy, your resolve and support you in your purification process. Rooting yourself in the Earth will enable you find stability in this world of unavoidable change and uncertainty.
