New Earth Life

New Earth Life

New Earth Life

What a day,
oh, dear May

fae and I
we sing, we pry

our very eyes, feet,
akimbo legs to greet

your blossoms, blooms, blooming
hues so marvelously festooning

such wealth you freely bestow
as we come, we seek to know

your secrets vast and wee,
treasures inside out to see

now here, o'er there,
reaching us everywhere

leafing trees, babbling streams,
oh, what splendor beams

your light, your light,
your beautiful sight

brimming, brimming,
nowhere din, nor dimming

in the days of earth's becoming
there is no greater summoning

nor more wondrous display
of so many parts at play

now, this time of no time
strikes its eternal chime

the music, the wholly hummmm,
the mystic magic of continuum

one, one, one, one, one
your multitudinous strings strum

blessing an o'erwintered land
with the whimsied wand of your hand

May, we find your sweet open heart
nestled in all who impart

great tidings of joy, of love and peace
for this new earth, I beseech,

as your petals and pistils unfold
let us, now, behold

behold

behold.
