Today I'd like to talk about your life force and how keeping it vital helps you stabilize during mega change. Continue reading for background.

As I wrote about in last Wednesday's newsletter, October is a month when key life issues may come to a head. Old patterns will need to be looked at and shifted. Our October 6 Full Moon in Aries likely will trigger a deeper look at what no longer serves. You may have a pattern that drains your vitality - reducing your frequency and life force. When this occurs, your ability to move forward in life can be compromised. Below are tools for staying vital.

Tools To Keep Your Energy Soaring

When stressed, prioritize your self-care - meditation, spiritual practices, and exercise.
Become mindful of when you allow your mind to dredge up worst case scenarios - either involving your life or the world.
Since life is unpredictable and change can happen at any time - give yourself time for planning, allowing for sudden changes in your plans.
Listen to your body - it's like having your own personal GPS guiding you back on track when you veer off course.
Notice your emotional reactions - without judging them, do inner work for self-understanding.
On a daily basis, invite your spiritual guidance to support and guide you - letting you know when you begin to lose energy and become drained, then helping you stabilize to feel vital again.
