Spiritual teachings throughout the ages suggest embracing periods of rest where we draw inward for spiritual, emotional, and physical restoration.

Currently there is a very floaty watery feel to the energies which is urging us to allow for a period of rest and contemplation where we can commune with our soul, access our inner world, and allow space for ourselves to heal and integrate.  In this space we are being encouraged to feel, sense, and intuit our way forward while realigning our direction with our soul’s calling.  

In this time of rest evaluate your intentions and your commitments.  Be patient and remain open and receptive to your intuitive nature.  Tune in and listen deeply to the sacred wisdom of your soul and allow its subtle knowing and guidance to reveal the ways in which you need to reshape your life.  Remember that this is just the beginning phase of the rebuilding of your new foundations and a time where you can receive clarity and new insights.
