The most important realisation we need to have is that the transformation of our human consciousness begins with us as individuals.  

We must each take responsibility for reassessing our lives and redefining what is most important.  We must learn new ways of living and behaving that support and encourage the health and wellbeing of this planet. 

As the energies build towards tomorrow’s Full Moon you may find yourself reflecting on what you have experienced in the past two years and how your perception and awareness of what is important has changed.  You may find that you are now fully digesting and absorbing the realisation that there is no going back to the way things were.  For some this will bring great relief.  For others intense grief.  Whatever your feelings are at this time let yourself feel what you feel and allow your emotions to flow.
