The Full Moon always signifies a time of illumination and culmination as what has been hidden is brought to awareness.

Today’s Full Moon powerfully illuminates what has been stirred beneath the surface as the incoming energies shine a light on the depths of our being.  Our attention is being brought to our emotional world revealing what until now has been unclear and unresolved.  This energy is both dynamic and intense and it is essential that we remained grounded, balanced and centred as old patterns arise to be transformed and old emotions surface to be released.

What is surfacing is asking to be felt and released.  This can be uncomfortable as it triggers feelings of vulnerability which in turn triggers the tendancy to avoid or distract from feelings.  You have the opportunity now to confront any suppressed emotion and the unconscious internalized conditioning which keeps you from feeling your emotioins.  Be mindful that you are being called to embody a deeper emotional maturity and as such, transform your relationship with your emotions.
