"Dear beings of light, do you recall your true essence? As times change, so do you, transitioning from a carbon-based DNA to a crystalline structure that supports your light body.

You are now ready to nourish your body more with light and less with food, as sustenance extends beyond mere physical nourishment. Your breath carries light and holds the potential to fully sustain you. While the concept of breatharianism may be new to many, a growing number of individuals on our planet have discovered they can subsist on minimal or no food, sustained instead by light. They have tapped into dormant energies, activating their crystalline DNA and awakening to inherent truths—they thrive without external aid, embodying the elevated truths of a 5th-dimensional existence. These pioneers have learned to rely more on their breath and subtle energies and less on the dense energy of food. However, more changes are forthcoming, a time when many will recognize their holographic bodies, which require no solid food—a mere relic of 3D programming.

Regardless of your dietary choices, dear beings of light, remember to bless your water—the water within you and what you drink. This act transforms its vibrational state, enhancing the nourishment it provides.

A mere drop of rose water can elevate your vibration far more than a plate of food—if only you were aware of its power!

Dear ones, as you shed limiting 3D beliefs that no longer serve you if our message does not resonate now, allow it time. In the interim, work on elevating your energy by drawing it up from the lower chakras, nourishing your heart, and releasing fear from the root chakra.
