the events of this time present you with the challenge of not being devoured by the events.
The current dynamic creates a pulling effect in both positive and negative ways, and it is important what energy you let yourself absorb in the end.
The destructive energy that has now laid over this world like a leaden mantle must be mastered. At the same time, it is important to absorb the luminous energy that has spread over the earth.
How does that work?
Light shower
Only your consciousness and your orientation determine the path and ensure the desired results.
If you remain inwardly focused on God and on the light of God, then you are part of the ascension process, because the signature of your energy indicates exactly that. The point is – that you are very aware of what is happening around you – that at the end of the day you ALWAYS bring yourself back to a loving basic state.
Never go to bed with a loaded or heavy spirit. Take an energetic light shower before bed and invoke the divine light!

Just as you take care of your body with a shower or bath, so do your energy bodies.
Purify them REGULARLY with the divine light of love – and your mind will remain clear and unreached by harmful energy fields.
It is not a question of suppressing something or turning a blind eye to the evils of the world. It's all about standing in the light and staying in the light, despite these challenging phenomena that the darkness and ignorance are now producing.
Invoke the light of God in your words and it will heal you where healing is needed.
Living in the world, but not letting the world into your soul – this is the practice you are facing now and that you can only master with the divine light and love of God.
