Dear sons and daughters of the planet Terra! I am SANANDA!

It is with great joy, great joy, that I come back here. When we try to pass on teachings, we try to show you the right path; and although it takes a while, we see that they begin to be aware of what we are talking about; it is a reason for great joy, it is a reason for ecstasy for each one of us. 

Every conscious thought about a shadow, an obstacle, a way of being of each of you is a big step in the right direction. This is because we perceive that our teachings are able to make you see the correct way to behave, to think, to act in relation to an obstacle, to a point that needs to be clarified within your soul/mind.

The week before this walk was the week of change; It was the week of ordering, cleaning, exposing, bringing to light everything that they still refuse to see; everything that you understand that it is better to leave it still. Only now nothing is calm anymore, everything has been disturbed. Cleaning was a help we gave to make the mess smaller.

We clean everything that was just memory, memories, archives, sources of return, or as you would say, sources of wisdom from situations already experienced. But none of that works anymore. Action taken long ago will never equal action taken now. Never.

Then lived experiences, lived traumas, were cleaned. Now, those parts that you did not remember or refused to see are there personified in some way, in front of you. So I would tell you that from today until the seventh day of this stage of Consciousness, be very attentive and, above all, be careful with what you emanate. The shadows don't just step forward, they attack them.

So let's explain a little more what these shadows are. In a very simple way: they are energies generated by behaviors, actions, thoughts, words, generated against someone or something. This energy often takes over your character, your way of being, and you constantly repeat it without even realizing it.

Because they are so ingrained in their minds that they do not realize that they are shadows and continue to produce negative effects over time. But there are also other shadows: results from the same sources, but that are saved, forgotten, almost buried, so that they do not need to be treated or thought about.

These are the most dangerous, because when they come out again, they come to the surface, they are usually radical life changes, they are those changes that you insist on not making; out of fear, out of laziness, out of thinking only of the other, for various reasons. And to cure this kind of shadow, a lot of effort and severe changes in their lives are needed.

The others, the behavioral ones, I would say that… it is not that they are easy, but you are aware that they can be changed. It is up to each one to choose whether to change or not. So this will be a week of attention, of understanding, so that you can deal with every point that comes up. We will be around each one of you, ready to help, at a request for help, so that you can solve each one of them. Ask for our help and we will guide you.

Don't forget to look straight ahead at the points you found on the road with Kuthumi. I would say that it is those points that are more difficult to correct and mainly, they concern only you. There is no one around. The shadows that envelop other people will appear throughout the week.

So be ready to change your consciousness, to eliminate these habits, to emanate Unconditional Love. And I say more: At the end of this week, those who can; do not think that you are going to eliminate everything, because this is a gradual process, but those who manage to have the correct vision of what they should do, and are at least trying, I guarantee that next week they will be ready to definitively change each one of These points.

Everything is very strong and very powerful. So you know how to do it. Believe in what they are doing. And at the end of these 21 days, at least some will no longer recognize such a change, such a growth of Unconditional Love in their hearts.

But those who do not achieve this, do not worry, there will be other activities that will continue to help everyone reach this apogee. Each in his time, each in his own way. But rest assured that from now on it will be a sequence of actions for you to learn to effectively live Unconditional Love.

Meditation

This meditation should be done lying down in total relaxation.

I advise each of you to drink plenty of water in the next few days to be able to eliminate all that you are cleaning in your souls and in your bodies.

You are lying on the ground of Gaia.

Keep your hands aligned with your body.

You are on flat ground; you are lying on the fresh green grass.

From your body, from head to toe, there will be roots that will rise through the soil of Gaia. No, they will not be light roots, they will be dark roots, because they will dry up your bodies, your minds, everything that needs to expand to be understood.

It is as if the fog of time, the dust, the whole age, in which these actions have been preserved, have been cleared so that each is exposed exactly as it is.

Then through these roots all the dirt comes out, everything that has built them, hidden, buried them, so that they can be seen clearly, without any doubt.

You will remain in this position for a minute.

Now through these same roots, which were once dark, you will feel an enlightened energy rising through them; it is the energy of Gaia that brings you the strength and energy you need; the intelligence, the wisdom to know how to deal with each of them.

Stay in this charge of energy for another minute.

Your body is now illuminated and filled with Light.

Be grateful for what you have received from Gaia.

And be fully aware of everything you will experience.

Take a few deep breaths.

And to get back to your world, just see yourself lying where you were, and then open your eyes.
