This meditation takes our last one from May 19, 2025, to the next level.  You could say that the ascension of Earth is described as a collective shift in consciousness—an awakening to higher frequencies of love, unity, and spiritual awareness.

As the planet undergoes this transformative process, humanity integrates more compassionate, heart-centered ways of living. At the core of this shift is the practice of self-love. Far from being selfish or indulgent, self-love is a powerful foundation for personal growth and collective healing. It means honoring your needs, speaking kindly to yourself, setting boundaries, and recognizing your innate worth regardless of external validation.

Allowing self-love into your daily life can be as simple as slowing down to breathe, eating with mindfulness, or taking a moment to acknowledge your efforts without judgment. It’s in the small, intentional acts—choosing rest when you’re tired, forgiving yourself for past mistakes, or speaking your truth—that the energy of self-love becomes integrated into your being. As more people embody this energy, it contributes to the broader ascension process, creating ripples of healing that extend outward. When you love yourself deeply and without condition, you become a living example of the unity and compassion the Earth is rising into.

As a part of this meditation, we all worked directly with the collective consciousness to integrate self love.  It moved out the old stuck energy and filled it with love that came through integration.  I could see the change as this took place. We have come so very far down that pathway of love  and working with it.  The more it is used, the easier it is to use, the more available for all.  Some it may be in their unconsciousness others their choices and consciousness. 

Nama Sika, Venia Benya, I AM the One, I AM the Whole

I greet you, beloved family. I reach out from my heart to yours. I reach out in this now moment to connect with you wherever you may be within your life.

People are so busy. You probably have your work, you have your family, you have your travels, you’re driving in the car or taking the bus, or you’re going from one place to another, and it seems as if for so many people, your day is just filled with tasks. You go from one to the next, to the next, to the next.

As people become very caught up in their everyday life, where for some it feels like you’re just getting by, trying to do as much as you can, it can cause you to be distracted. It can cause you to be less aware of not only who you are as your key essence, but also of what your choices may be in life.

When people are so busy and they feel like they’re just trying to get it all done, that is when, sometimes, you might get sick because you’re not taking care of yourself. That’s when sometimes the things around you may have an influence on you that if you stop and think about it, you’re like, “I don’t agree with that”. But that rat race and that constant motion causes you to just live your life sometimes in a somewhat superficial manner.

So for this meditation, for this time, take a deep breath down, just breathe inside of yourself and let go of everything that’s been going on today. At least for the next few minutes, the next half hour, whatever it may be, you allow yourself this opportunity to be nurtured and to be supported, not only by yourself, but by I, the Goddess, by God, that love energy of the high frequency.

Create a ball of light. You can do so within your imagination. Some of you like to literally create a ball out of the energy that’s around you. But see it within your mind’s eye as if around your Heart Center, you have this ball of energy that is just moving in a circle. 

There’s a part of that that goes down, it moves through the Solar Plexus, through your Sacral Center, your Root Center, and then it anchors into the Earth. As you anchor these energies into the Earth, take a minute and feel Gaia.

As you feel the essence of Gaia, pause to feel that heartbeat. Pause to feel that energy or that essence. When you do so, chances are it’s bringing you down into your body. You allow that focus to come back up through that stream of energy and light that you sent down. It swirls around through your Heart Center and then goes up, moving through your Throat, your Third Eye, your Head Center, your Crystalline Energy Body, and then it moves up into the space of your Higher Self.

Look around at where this is. Look around. Perhaps there is energy and light here. Perhaps it’s as if you can see acting out in front of you some of those things that you may have on your mind right now. So just look around for a moment, and whatever may be here, understand what it is for you.

Then let the remainder of your energy flow up. It follows that thread of energy that connects you as your Soul into you as your human self, and as you follow this thread, you find yourself connecting deeply with your soul essence. As you merge into this energy, you may feel as if everything expands; as if your consciousness just expands outward.

There is a light that represents your Soul. There may be aspects of different lifetimes that you can see, sense, and feel within you, and for some, it’s as if you can see a stream of your energy as it moves outward into the Universe.

I, the Goddess, walk in and amongst each one of you. As our energies come together with one another, I merge my energy with yours, which then moves and expands everything into the space of the All That Is.

As you look around the All That Is, you can frequently see the energies of other meditations in which we’ve been here. Look towards this space and see if you can find that essence that represented you as you opened to the dimensions and the vibration and the frequencies of love.

When we spoke the last time we got together we spoke about how you as your human, you as your Higher Self, you as your Soul, you as the All That Is, all of these were different levels or dimensions of frequency in which everything was layered together as love available for you.

As you’re looking around this space, understand that it is here for you. Understand that you cannot only open to love, but practice it. I know that sounds confusing, but first of all, if you were to see love that represents you, as if it’s a hologram in front of you, consider what that might look like.

As I’m looking at this, I see many of you have sacred geometry, different types of triangles, and different depths that represent love as you. I see others that have simply different colored energies that flow and move in and around each other. So consider that. As you tap into love that’s representing you, what does it look like to you?

Now, I invite you to; it can be side by side, front and back, this time open to perceive how your Soul expresses as love for you. In some of you, it was like this burst of energy, as if you could see through your Soul this huge, some of it was the same types of colors and interaction. Others, it was just these patterns that were moving in and of themselves. I did see in a few; the perception was still through the human essence, so it was no different from your own perception. There is no right or wrong.

As you’re looking at what love is to you as the pure energy of love, sit for a moment as if you connect to and feel that vibration going back and forth from your perception. Then take another moment and as if beside that connect to that essence of love from your Soul. As you separate them and sit with that energy of your Soul I now see in every case a greater expansion of awareness. I can feel the waves of energy that move through each one of you.

Love in this form is pure energy. It is you, no matter which perception you are looking at or integrating, this is just pure love as you. As you feel that just pulsating within you, I invite you to energetically step into this essence of love. I see some of you stepping into one and then the other. I see others of you just like blending them both together and stepping into it. I see some just choosing one over the other. There is no right or wrong. As you step into this energy, the vast majority of you grew even bigger.

As your energy expands, I invite you to shift your focus to how you see yourself in your everyday life. I wish to specifically say, how do you see yourself physically? That may be your physical body. That may be your energy. It can be interpreted in different ways, but how do you see yourself?

Now, from an objective perspective, I saw many of you were shrinking down, because as you looked at yourself, there was judgment within you. Peel away and let that strength of that energy once again come through your perception as you look at yourself as your physical body. At this time, in this way, I can see you now looking at yourself and just seeing the beauty that is you. No matter what you may have going on, no matter what your human self may judge you as, this is the unconditional love.

Let’s now look at your life. What is happening in your life right now? Is there anything that is causing regrets? As you look at this part of your life, I see where some of you regret things that happened years ago. I see people that regret decisions they made last week. As you look at your life, consider what is hanging on to you, causing you to feel regretful.

Once again, feel that vibration and frequency of you as that unconditional love. As if you send a gentle wave through whatever that experience may be. For some of you, it’s multiple experiences. Whatsoever it may be, you just send that unconditional love into that situation. As you look at it without judgment, you see certain things dissolve and go away. You may also see that your perception is now through compassion and awareness, and there’s no need to continue to carry it with you. So you let it go.

Let us shift to the side and look specifically at relationships. Are there certain relationships that maybe you’re in a relationship, you’re not going to leave that relationship, but it’s pulling you down? Take both of you into this now moment and really look at each one of you and really understand what may be happening in this relationship.

Sometimes people have blinders on that keep them from seeing something they do not want to acknowledge. Sometimes people have a filter that causes them to see a person or situation in a particular way, and you can remove that filter. But this relationship, as you gently send all of that love that is you in this massive space, you just send impulses of light into both of you, and let that transition whatever it is that is pulling you down.

In some situations, maybe it will give you clarity that you have been seeking and maybe did not wish to know. Look at other relationships that you may have. Perhaps look at the relationship with your work.

As you take a step back and disconnect, have a sense of looking once again at that essence of love, that self-love, that acceptance, that awareness. As you look at it, having just connected with these various parts that make up your life, even here in the space of the All That Is that has God, Goddess, you as your Soul, as you interact with your life, the integration of love changes.

Let me transition that thought process. As I’m looking at everybody’s energy, I can see that your love, or the expression of love for each one of you, looks different after that integration. Which is a way of perceiving that your experiences, your relationships, your interactions, all influence that perception of self-love, or that experience of self-love.

Take this minute almost as if you’re pushing back what you worked with, and as if you’re standing in front of this big, beautiful essence that is your Soul, that is this energy, or perhaps this big Hologram. As you look and as you feel that connection, understand that you have this core essence that is you, and then everything that’s happening within your life are individual relationships that create changes in how you not only perceive yourself, but how you accept this love.

For those times when you may feel that you’re out of sorts, or disconnected, maybe depressed, come back to this understanding that you are still this beautiful expression of love, and it can change and transition, but it is still you. It is still there. It is still a beautiful powerful essence. Sometimes in life people feel as if they are banged around. You are still you, no matter what.

I invite you to come back together as a group, and this time as that Hologram comes up within all of you, I invite you to use the Hologram as a representative, or as a symbol of the people on Earth. As all of you that are here, and there’s way more than may be physically present, so if you’re listening later you are still here in this now moment. So, as everybody is connecting to this Hologram, send forth that huge essence of who you are as the love of your Soul, the love of Source Energy, and send it into this Hologram.

As this is going into the Hologram, I am consciously bringing up some of the energies of the Earth. For those that feel disconnected, pulsate that essence of love that comes from Source and Soul. It may be your own, but what it does is it creates its own energy through intention. So send that into the Hologram.

As more and more people awaken, they will begin to question, “Who am I? Why am I here? What is going on?” So, put forth the intention that whether people are conscious or unconscious they can receive this deep alignment to their own Self, to their own Soul, and if they don’t have that perception, then we are expanding how much love is available to everyone on Earth.

For so many people the perception is that there isn’t enough love, or there isn’t enough to go around, or they might not even understand what unconditional love can be. So we send all of that and anything else that comes to your awareness, we send it all into this Hologram.

You see how the Hologram itself begins to take on all those gorgeous colors that we saw in the All That Is. We actually see certain geometric patterns that are rearranging themselves so as to anchor and balance this.

There’s that aspect that goes out into the Universe, anchoring into the space around Earth. The remainder of that hologram goes down into the Earth. As it moves through that outer shell it’s going through the Collective Consciousness, and each one of you have a clear intention that it clears out anything that is keeping people disconnected from Source.

As it does so, look at how this Hologram is integrating with all of the Collective Consciousness of the Earth. It’s creating a flow and a movement that’s going through, and as this movement is integrating throughout all these many levels it’s breaking down the old paradigms that no longer serve humanity, and in place of that there are massive amounts of unconditional love. It begins with every one of you, but it is available for every single person. As all of this is pulsating and moving and integrating into the Collective Consciousness you begin to see a calmer, smoother movement of energy.

The remainder of the Hologram anchors down within the center of the Earth. It then reverses and it comes back up through the many layers. It comes back up through where you anchored. Your own energies come up within you. So take this moment to remember, “Oh yes, my Soul as love for me is that huge, beautiful movement of energy I am open to receive.”

You allow the remainder of your consciousness to move back down. It comes through your Higher Self. It streams back down into you, and as you breathe in and out gently and easily feel what it is to integrate that unconditional love into you in your human space. Feel what it is as you look around at those other aspects that you were clearing out or healing, or transitioning, so that your everyday life becomes infused with this unconditional love.

You’ll still go through your life. You’ll still have your everyday experiences. However, I invite you to do so from a place where you know you are completely nourished and supported, and you’re looking out at the world through the eyes of love.

I anticipate that everyone will feel more balanced with the energies because of the way we worked with the Collective Consciousness. I feel that each one of you will be able to create what you truly seek to have, what truly nurtures you at your Heart Center. Breathe it all in and let it be within you.

Every day when you wake up, it’s a brand-new day. Every day as you awaken, take a moment to pull down that beautiful, glorious energy and light that is the love of your Soul, that is the love of God, Goddess, all of those beautiful, loving energies that are you. Take a moment to breathe it in and let it be present within you as you move through your days. Know that you are so filled with love. Know that you are truly amazing just because you’re you.
