Fall Back In Love

As we enter the autumn season in the northern hemisphere, it offers a chance to fall back in love with the breath always nourishing us.

To fall back in love with the light of truth always shining within us. To fall back in love with a divine source always guiding us. To fall back in love with a heart-centeredness that cannot be broken by any degree of hurt. For when feeling broken is apparent, it is merely the breaking down of walls that have kept us separate from a timeless loving truth that is always alive and well.

No matter how this autumn season has begun its initial greeting, may it be a time to fall back in love and return home to the safety and serenity of an open heart—for ourselves, our loved ones, and humanity as a whole. May we fall back in love and may it begin with this breath right now.
