I feel like August 2026 is our last month of strangeness. After that, the old really starts to fall away. Yes, losing the old entirely will be a great change for everyone, but it will also allow the new to start popping up. I'm pretty excited about that! The past few months have been so strange and I want to kind of summarize some of the things I have experienced, in hopes it will help some of you in the future.

Food and Water

Not only have the types of my intake changed, but also the quantity. I feel totally stuffed and waterlogged with my old intake. If you think about our ancestors of 200 years ago, they really didn't eat or drink very much per day. Eat only when you are hungry and drink only when you are thirsty. You might be surprised how little you really need, especially in a lightbody. Also, I am eating almost entirely fruits and vegetables. No more chocolate for me!

Time and Timelines

Linear time doesn't seem to matter anymore. Things seem to get done in a flash, and the days are super quick. I have to really focus on what needs to happen one day at a time, otherwise time seems to ball up. If I start to feel anxious about something, I just need to unwind time and do things very slowly and deliberately.

Sleep

Just like food, I need much less sleep. This one is really strange because I have always gotten nine hours of sleep every night. I am now fully functional the next day after 4 to 6 hours.

So What Happens Next?

I have absolutely no idea. I used to be able to see down timelines, but that gift has completely left me. All I know for sure is that we are doing great and we are right on track. I guess that is really all I need to know right now. Follow your heart, and remember to breathe consciously. Everything is so orchestrated by this ascension process that we really can't mess it up. Whew!

Really get comfortable with the idea of death, because we are all dying in some way. Ego death is a strange thing, but we all do it throughout our lives.
