Cat’s Angel Message for May 19, 2022

May’s Theme: This month brings changes to your life. While change sometimes feels scary, it is a necessary thing for our overall growth. Be willing to embrace it and allow it to happen naturally and get ready for better things!

Today’s Message:

519: One of the best things that we can do is to show ourselves some love by embracing a loving self-image. We have all heard the phrase “love yourself”, it’s not only an important part of our self-care, but it also helps to increase our self-confidence and feelings of worth.

When we love ourselves and like who we are it shows. That’s not to say that there isn’t room for improvement (there’s always room for that) because we really are a work in progress. A positive and loving self-image tells the world “I am confident in who I am and I like myself. I am not perfect, however, I am trying to be the best person I can be. Today the angels are saying “Give yourself a BIG hug and embrace the amazing being you are!”

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

• Archangel Chamuel helps us in creating and maintaining strong and loving relationships. While this includes the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature, it helps our relationships with others as well. Ask him to help you create an atmosphere of peace, love, and togetherness. His goal is to help us to build a strong foundation from which we can create our personal evolution.

• The Ascended Master Mother Mary provides us with all forms of healing. She surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love as she imparts feelings of peace and safety as she gently heals the dark, hidden places within while showing us the path that leads to compassion and forgiveness which is essential to healing ourselves. 

• The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin, who embodies compassion and mercy says, “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. I can guide you on the path of self-love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart, and spirit. Be gentle with yourself. Joy comes from embracing the simple things which frees up the energy needed to assist the creation process and help others along the way.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

• Dalmation Stone. This light-hearted stone is a combination of quartz, Microline, and black tourmaline.  It instills feelings of safety as it helps us to reconnect with our playful side which is important to our emotional health and it transforms outdated thinking during times when we feel stuck and enables our forward progress by encouraging a fresh perspective This stone also promotes grounding and enhances our connection to Mother Earth. It reminds us that we are a part of her as well as being spiritual beings on a very human journey.

• Rose Quartz brings us inner peace and harmony which is essential to increasing our faith and promoting self-love which is key to positive self-expression and empowerment.  It helps to promote the softer, more loving view that we need to embrace gratitude.

• Sodalite is a stone for the mind, it promotes clear and calm thinking. and activates intuition as it draws down information to the physical level. It dispels confusion and releases outdated thought patterns while creating space for new ideas. It also helps us to look for and find the truth and makes it possible to stand up for our personal beliefs while remaining true to ourselves by boosting our confidence and self-esteem.
