Cat’s Angel Message for April 13, 2021

413: There are times when we could all use some extra loving and healing energy. When we feel a little needy or emotionally insecure it can be because we have given away too much of ourselves and need to replenish our energies. Downtime, nature time or alone time can help you to recharge.

Today the Universe is giving us a boost by surrounding us with the essential energies we need to be balanced and at peace. Remember to ground, clear and center. This helps you to let go of the negative nasty’s that are sapping your energy. Everyone needs a break from the demands of others so allow yourself this emotional and spiritual spa day!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

• This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief.

• The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy are an essential part of self-care and creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It helps us to let go of stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. The power of laughter clears and resets or energy field by releasing tension and emotions that have been held in check. This is an important lesson on our path, if it makes your heart sing then it’s the right direction.

• The Roman/Celtic goddess Sulis invites us to “Look to the elemental power of water for healing and comfort. Water has the power to cleanse away heavy and harmful energies from your body, your spirit, and energy field as well.”

• Rose Quartz, the stone of unconditional love, soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. it provides a bubble bath for the spirit.
