What’s your position at this time in the human race?

More than likely we will state that we are not in a race; however the human experience is often lived as if it is a race

We are in constant competition in one form or another

If not among ourselves then we are competing against time

Just how much of our game can we experience in the “human race” before the bell rings? (This is a silent drive)

This seems to be what drives our actions unbeknownst to us

On one level many are aware of this need to beat the clock yet oblivious to the behavior this stirs in us which further determines our actions and the way that we treat each other

How often do you stand in observance of the moment and simply embrace where you stand in the moment and also in embrace of the breath that circulates your body, moving in and out?

Or are you so heavily invested in the shiny red ball of thoughts and things which direct your attention away from appreciating this very moment of your life; of your journey?

The gift of life is, you as the evidence!

In this human race we hold our deficits high

We hold greater regard for our “lacks” than we do for our plenty

We seem to be racing to accumulate an endless list of dissatisfactions with ourselves

And so moments of satisfaction are often short lived and replaced by newly acquired dissatisfactions

We therefore find ourselves in this endless loop fed by our interactions and stories

It is therefore absolutely powerful to step back and to examine ones current position in the race, the human race!

Examine the pressures that you have placed on yourself

Examine the persistent unfulfilled expectations and one’s reaction to this

Do you feel as if you are running out of time in the human race?

Remember that life is one on going moment, perceived as increments of cycles we define as time

Know that your perceived moments are all spent well, doing and being what the moment calls for

So embrace this moment; your current moment in the human race and see yourself as lacking nothing in the race, you are always positioned ideally!

You may however choose to expand and enhance perception and inner sight!
