9/14 ~ Mars Enters LIBRA (until Oct 30th):
Mars rules our desire nature, our energy & fuel – and how we direct it – our passions and the Sacred Masculine, which is the part of you who can negotiate on your own behalf, get your ideas in the world and keep good, healthy, effective boundaries. Anytime Mars is in Libra, we get an opportunity to tune into how our relationships, partnerships & collaborations are doing. We check-in with Self to determine if we still desire these goals, situations or partnerships. It takes about 2-years for Mars to make its journey back to Libra so the last time we had access to this energy was Oct/Nov 2019, so who you are and what you want has evolved over that time and now you get to initiate clean.

Fairness, balance, justice & equality are all something Mars is willing to fight for when in Libra. It is time to access your inner balance where you have integrity and graciousness, as well as the fierceness to stand up for what you believe in. Here’s a snapshot from my Your Soul’s Path Series, where I created a workbook for every planetary cycle. The Mars in Libra one says: This is a time when you have extremely high ideals; you’re shooting for the BIG dream! Not easily dissuaded, as you weigh all aspects of each circumstance as it presents itself. Avoid indecision and step confidently in the direction of your goal. Don’t focus too much on how others are directing their energy as much as how you are directing your own. Teach, guide & lead by example, that’s going to be the most powerful and effective use of your energy. Refined strength, rather than brute strength is necessary at this time, in order to accomplish the current goals.

9/14 ~ Sun (ego & essential Self) ~oppose~ Neptune (illusion & delusion):
Where Venus oppose Neptune is about your relationships & finances, this Sun activation is more about YOU, the individual. And any opposition requires that we find the balance in the middle. This can be a very confusing energy. You may be very sensitive to others and their needs, as well as how they relate to you & your own needs. You may want to withdraw or not voice your opinion just to avoid conflict, feeling like it wouldn’t solve anything anyway. Often, if/when you do not ‘disagree’ (openly) then people assume you agree, which can create more problems. You shouldn’t give into any temptation of being “slick” either, that will only attract more of the same to you. If you’re feeling unsure of yourself or your position, you may think it is easier to give into another person’s demands when you really should stand up for yourself. Self-preservation is not selfish, it is necessary, so try to avoid playing the victim. Be honest and up-front with anyone demanding a confrontation at this time, that you would rather gather your thoughts and discuss things later (by then this energy will have passed) when you can articulate your side of things better. Be aware of deception – both on your part and/or the part of others (trying to deceive you). Your discernment is not its strongest under this influence so it is best to be still and quiet until the energy passes. Take this time to do some spiritual, inner work or dive into your own creativity and try a different medium of expression.

9/16 ~ Sun (core essential Self) ~trine~ Pluto (purification & transformation):
This energy makes you want to get things done, by any means necessary so you may tend to come on a little strong – but it’s all good. The work you want to do, is work that needs to be done and in doing it and facing things head-on, you will gain insights about your Self that fortify your foundation so that your life can evolve to the next level organically. This intense and powerful energy is transformative in nature and will provoke you to think deeply about your own life; what you need, desire and deserve. You may find that some aspects of your life need to be reformed or released – go for it – this energy makes reform & release easier than usual. It’s a good time to make an impression or an impact on others, but be sure to keep it on the Highest vibration possible. Any actions or statements used to manipulate others for selfish gain can/will backfire on you in a big way. This is a positive, uplifting, transformative energy – use it as such to clear the debris and create the life you were born to live.

9/17 ~ Venus (values) ~square~ Saturn (foundation):
This energy can make you feel cool & detached with loved ones. It is time to ‘take stock’ of your relationships and really evaluate the level of balance between giving & receiving. Business or personal – relationships must have a balance of give & take. You may feel more aware of your true independence in life and start reevaluating the need for certain relationships, at this time. This energy pushes you to dig for your individual fortitude & determination to live according to your own personal values & priorities, so corrections or adjustments may be necessary and fairly obvious at this time. You may feel lonely, depressed or disconnected but that’s just the Universe forcing you to question or assess your current relationships, how you interact with others and how you allow them to interact with you. It’s good to periodically evaluate even the strongest relationship and check the foundation. Don’t give into (ego-based) fears, focusing on the lack & limitation or what is not working, but instead build on your strengths and honor the goodness that you have created with others, as well as in your Self. This is the best time for Intentional Solitude because the insights you acquire through this process will help you down the road to stabilize your future.
