Uranus, Neptune, Pluto and TransPluto each represent a facet of the greater Spiritual energy field in which all of us live.

Each of these, by its own nature, leads us into long term transfigurations which show us our individuality within the One Life we all are together. Each of these energies helps us discover the Spirit within us, our individual part to play in the collective field.

As I offered in the first article on this subject, Uranus awakens us to our individuality, Neptune brings a greater awareness of the collective field enveloping all of us, and Pluto brings periods of purification and time in “the underworld of life” so we can redeem the highest, best parts of who we are through the vast TransPlutonic influence. As this “spiritual quartet” is invisible to the eye, they represent the invisible “unified field of Spirit” where the human beholds the infinite. Welcome to part two of what began yesterday, where we'll explore how to master life and become a conscious Spirit in the material world!

All four of these outer invisible planets play their part in the larger tides of human evolution, awakening progressive ideas and movements, larger connections and dissolutions between nations, races, and life systems, and radical transformations which eliminate old ideas and eras, creating voids which bring forth newer creative ideas and movements. The Triad of Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto eternally create, preserve, and destroy, demonstrating the Three Divine Laws in our Solar System. They are Economy of Energy (Pluto), Magnetic Attraction (Neptune), and Synthesis (Uranus).

These three work together to bring forth higher realizations in all of us. As a result of Pluto we learn about the precision of the universe in bringing forth and taking away elements of our lives as Neptune teaches us how to attract and let go of all which comes to us. And throughout all the comings and goings, Uranus leads us through a never-ending series of awakenings where everything synthesizes together so we always become more aware and more capable than we were before.

TransPluto stands beyond these as a vaster field of influence, where all is redeemed after periods of darkness and death. I explain more about Her special status later in this article. For now, we’ll focus on the Triad of Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto.

The Spiritual Field is Within Us and Without Us

Because they work together to create a transformational process working its magic on our higher spiritual Self, as well as transpersonal global levels, we all eventually must come to terms with mastering our responses to unexpected and extreme events which transform our lives. When our lives are most in upheaval, we are being shown by the universe that its pattern requires that our patterns change. Ultimately the “Sacred 7” planets show us the components of our personality, and through Saturn, Chiron, and Uranus we come to a state of awareness where we can move between Spirit and matter, using spiritual power and awareness with discipline to respond as best we can to anything which arises.

Because the orbits of Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto are long and they move relatively slowly, what they bring stays with us forever through the long term lessons we must learn. They make significant aspect over a period of time which compels us to act appropriately to that transformational experience. And because their lessons last so long, even after their transits of one or more of our planets is past, we are changed forever by the experience.

As a result of the profound effects accompanying these long term transformations, we learn to take a different view of what can and cannot be accomplished given the time constraints in play in any given chapter of our lives. While we like to believe “all things are possible,” Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto’s collective spiritual field works on its own level to confirm or deny what is possible at a given time within the larger circumstances since each season has its requirements, its potentials, and its limitations, regardless of our opinion of what we believe we or another might accomplish.

These outer invisible energies symbolize “the invisible hand” of constant transformation leading us to our spiritual individuality, where we can directly experience our oneness with “All-That-Is.” The entire process of spiritual transformation requires our willingness to allow old parts of us to die so our Higher Self, the Phoenix Firebird of eternal rebirth, may rise from the ashes of our prior life.

The Outer Invisibles Lead Us Beyond Our Limitations

Since the planets beyond Saturn represent the Transpersonal levels of the larger unified spiritual field, besides awakening us to a greater understanding and awareness, they also demonstrate the human fallacy of believing "we create our reality." Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto teach us that ego does not control anything outside its own limitations, as they are associated with the larger global forces in play which most individuals have little or no control over.

The outer Triad represent vast systems which were already in place before we were born. They symbolize great Beings and movements which set powerful forces into motion across decades and centuries. Besides the transit cycles affecting all of us, our natal Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto symbolize the larger collective patterns in our family line and environment, the transpersonal forces shaping our parents and grandparents before we were born. They had their transformational challenges, and by what they learned and what they didn’t, our charts were shaped by their choices.

All of us are subject to larger absolute collective forces in life, and from our earliest childhood we know we are caught in patterns we didn’t make and cannot control. We are forced to learn how and when to adapt the best we’re able to our environment and the demands of our family and cultural matrix. I address the timing on these changes in Saturn: Spiritual Master, Spiritual Friend, since Saturn shows the timing on what we must learn and understand on our path to become our individual spiritual Self, consciously riding the waves of eternal change into ever-greater awareness.

Saturn is the ego's "Ring Pass Not," representing our natural limits in a given chapter of life. We live within these structures until crucial events force us to choose whether to embrace the unknown or stay bound in ignorance. These events are always associated with the outer Triad, since planets defining the spiritual field are beyond the limiting, binding force we humans live within. Even though we cannot move past our limitations until we have learned all there is to learn about those limitations, the outer invisible represent the means by which we expand our “Ring Pass Not” when we are ready to be of greater service to ourselves and humanity.

TransPluto

I leave TransPluto in Her own realm, since Her orbit is about 660 years, a far vaster cycle and therefore vaster influence than any of the three we’re discussing. This is the planet beyond Pluto. I believe it is the planet of “Divine Mother” which provides a much larger tapestry of our evolving sense of “God.” This is the “face of God” which represents Divine Grace, and as such can have no negative or destructive manifestations. She presides over a vast collective redemptive process which is a necessary phase in our understanding of “God.”

Because She is beyond even the three Laws, I believe all we can do to ground this greater part of the Spiritual Field is surrender to “Divine Mother” energy and bring forth as much compassion and forgiveness as possible in all our interactions. Mother wants no harm for any of Her children, and being outside the realm of Pluto (Shiva), TransPluto (Parvati) restores all things in the proper time of the season. Practically speaking, true forgiveness creates the space for Grace to manifest, and compassion links us to all sentient Beings across time, both in this world and greater ones.

As we attune to the vast energies of the Spiritual Quartet, we open to a greater experience of the potential in the Now. Whether it will be actualized is entirely the result of our Saturn strengths in helping guide the other parts of our personality to their highest best expression. Saturn helps us turn each planetary negative to a more mature and responsible expression, and gives us enough patience to hang in there with ourselves until we have mastered all we need to learn to integrate our personality so we’re living the best personality we can imagine.

In the next article, we’ll explore the importance of Saturn and Chiron in helping us master the changes that the transpersonal planets bring, with a nod to the larger spiritual field qualities at this time in history.
