Beloved Holy Ones of the Light,
Trust in the unknown, and trust even when you cannot feel trust.
Your sacred body knows how to trust, because it was created by the divine as an expression of your unique divine being.
Trust in the movement of your breath through your sacred body, even as that sacred breath may travel through new and unfamiliar places in your consciousness or experience.
Trust when you do not feel held, when you feel unmoored, lost, or without an anchor.
Trust when you do not feel the Divine.
The Divine is still present even when you cannot perceive the light.
Find yourself, dearest beloveds, in this trust.
Allow your sacred body to be held in this trust.
Trust when you do not believe it is possible to trust.
This is the way, dearest beloveds, to find yourself even when you feel lost.
Your sacred breath and your sacred body can show you the way, can bring you through to the path of trust, at all times and in all situations.
