This is usually very funny to most people, and I am often ridiculed when I say so, but I don’t believe in aging. I don’t believe we have to age unless we want to. Everything is energy. If we keep our body, mind, emotional state, and, well, everything, in balance, then we can use our intention to control how we age. Or not age. It’s all about balance and what we believe. And lifestyle too, probably. But the most important is what you believe.

There is no such thing as time. So how can we truly age? I don’t understand that. People experience what they believe and what they expect. They believe in aging and they expect it. So of course it happens. But it doesn’t have to. Before, we would come into the physical and simply choose when to withdraw our consciousness from our physical body. Or whatever it was that we experienced. We didn’t have to go through the aging process and “die”. It wasn’t like that. We just removed our consciousness when we felt done. We didn’t have to die in order for our consciousness to be free and leave. And we can still do that today.

Many people don’t want to age. Yet they don’t want to believe that they don’t have to. So many just don’t want to change their lifestyle. Because in order to be “forever young”, diet, proper exercise and lifestyle, as well as mindset does play a part.

You can be forever young. There is no such thing as aging or age really. Depending on what you want to experience, you can go through the “ages”, or decide for yourself what age you want to be. Or simply be ageless and just exist. Be all ages and no age at the same time. You choose. You can be anything you want. And that includes what age you want to be.
