Mother Earth
- Details
Have you ever thanked the trees and shrubs and flowers for their loveliness and fragrance? Have you ever praised the birds for their joyfulness of their singing?
Have you ever thanked the Earth Mother for her bountiful beauty and for sustaining and protecting you? Thank Her now.
Sadly, the Earth Mother is becoming sore and sick in so many places through the abuses of mankind who regard the Earth not as a living being who supports all the life forms, but merely as a lifeless stockpile to be used and exploited.
There is a time to come when the Earth Mother will cleanse herself from the despoiling. In Hopi Indian prophecies it is known as the time of the Great Cleansing when nature will seek to redress the impalance inflicted on Earth in an attempt to restore equilibrium. Society will call this 'Acts of God'. The Earth Mother however, responds lovingly to those whose attitude is sincere, respectful and caring.
