“I promise you nothing is as chaotic as it seems. Nothing is worth diminishing your health. Nothing is worth poisoning yourself into stress, anxiety, and fear.” ~ Steve Maraboli, Unapologetically You
Today’s guided meditation will take you on a wonderful, peaceful and healing journey designed to help manage panic attacks and anxiety. It will help you to release and let go of those overwhelming feelings of anxiety so that you can become a lot more relaxed and calm person. Furthermore it will help to boost your self-esteem and confidence and help you to tackle day to day tasks in a more relaxed and positive way.
Before you begin, remember to first, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 25 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be on a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready, press play. Once the meditation session is over, you can share your experience with all of us by commenting below.
Enjoy
