My biological age is 54, more than two decades younger than my birth certificate!

Biological age is a measure of how well—or poorly—your body is regenerating. While you may be 54 on your passport, your biological age could be 45 or even 35 if your immune system, cardiovascular health, and metabolic markers are thriving. Biological age is dynamic and can be lowered by how you live, by how you heal, and by energy medicine.

How to Begin Youthing Instead of Aging

You can live long and healthy or live long and die slowly like most people do today. The key to vibrant longevity is in how we grow wiser, deepen presence, and release energetically what no longer serves us. Aging accelerates when the life force stops flowing freely.

In our Energy Medicine Training I share the secret key to healthspan – – erasing the imprints of trauma from the energy field. Trauma activates the cell danger response (CDR) and shifts your biology from “growth and repair” to a “defense” mode. You stop regenerating and begin to die slowly.

As modern shamans we know how to reset the CDR system to stop the stress signals that cause aging and disease. You do this by resetting the human energy field. When your field is vibrant, the body regenerates easily. There is no drug that can achieve such a powerful result.

In the course you learn how to cut the toxic cords that perpetuate ‘generational curses.’ There is no psychotherapy that can eliminate these. You become the author of your destiny.

The Intersection of Science and Spirit

Today my mission is to help birth the new human that the prophecies speak about – Homo luminous, who can enjoy a long and healthy life and a sacred destiny. I teach our students how to achieve this thru energy medicine.

My first subject was my mother, who just turned 102. Twenty years ago she lived in constant pain. Today she is pain free and her mind sharp. Last week I asked her what she wanted for the next 100 years – “I want a man!” she said mischievously.

Eating healthy is essential. That’s why we grow our own organic food at Los Lobos, and follow the grow a New Body diet to reset your biology. We learn that to stop aging on its tracks we need to clear the imprints of trauma from the energy field, so we do not have to keep bumping into our unhealed parts out in the world.
