Signs On Your Path

Signs On Your Path

Every human being gets signs on his path. Those symbolic signs tell you something, they bring a message. Usually that message is about your near future.

In the summer of 2020, I received such a prophetic message, a very big one in fact. It came in the form of an insect, a big one.

The grasshopper was the size of an iPhone.

I had never seen one this big, not even in Africa or the Amazon forest.

But here it suddenly came flying in. At first I thought it was a hummingbird or a mega dragonfly. The hummingbird does not live here, but given the temperatures and climate change, we may soon see it here.

Upon further investigation, however, it turned out to be a grasshopper.

She came out of nowhere and then stayed put for a while. That gave me time to take pictures.

Then she wandered further down the balustrade of the terrace, which took a while. After half an hour or so, when she had walked quite a distance down the balustrade, she flew away again.

I realized that great changes were announcing themselves in my life.

How did I know? By interpreting the symbolism.

Let me explain in full.

The grasshopper appeared only to me and no one else was around which means it was meant only for me. In addition, it appeared from nowhere meaning that a message would come from nowhere. An inspiration so to speak.

In turn, the grasshopper symbolizes change. This beautiful creature can jump gigantic distances and often jumps very suddenly from one place to another, indicating change.

The fact that this was such a large juggernaut of a beast means that it would be a mega-change.

Finally, the change would take a while to come which could be inferred from the fact that the grasshopper kept walking on the balustrade for a long time before she left again. If she had left again immediately, the change would have come right away. On the other hand, the change itself would take some time.

And so, it did. In January 2021, a few months after the grasshopper visited me, I had an inspiration. After that, major changes took place in my life in all areas (home, work, health, hobby, friendship and family). Only in October 2021 was there some peace again after a very intense period.

All of life is symbolic, it comes down to interpreting the symbols correctly. The more observant you are the more symbols you will see and the clearer you will be able to interpret your life. It is not for nothing that people who live close to nature also rely on signs from nature. After all, they know there are messages in them.

The challenge in these busy times is to find peace and take the time to pay attention to what is happening outside the screen of your smartphone or TV. Working with symbols brings magic into your life and we all need that.

At least I do.
