Forgiveness Releases Suffering and Fills You with Love

You will be filled with love, Forgive. Allow all of that suffering to just pour out of you. Hello to all my beautiful friends. I am praying for you all, always.

I would love to talk to you about forgiveness, you know, about releasing that suffering when we find we can't forgive. It's so important for us to go through that pain and allow yourself to begin to live again.

I know while you're going through that pain, there might be lots of anger on your mind, lots of hatred even, and you could be saying, "How dare they, how could they. How could they do that to me?"

But if you don't release that suffering through forgiveness, you will continue to carry that weight on your shoulders. You will continue to have those chains around you.

So, I would say to you now, you must forgive yourself and those who have caused you hurt and pain.

And I know some of you will say, "No way, there's no such thing as I must."

But you do need to. You need to forgive yourself, you need to allow that suffering out, whether that's you writing about it or you standing in front of a mirror and saying to yourself that you forgive you, or you talking with your friends and allowing all of that suffering to just pour out of you.

In forgiving, it helps you to become stronger physically, and even mentally stronger within yourself because you have freed yourself in that way.

You have released that suffering from your human body and your mind, mentally in every single way, and you have allowed yourself to start feeling good.

You become a different person, no longer full of anger and hate, no longer always criticizing what others are doing. Because you realize that in forgiving others, you have forgiven yourself, and now you have finally decided to fight for life, to enjoy life, to love life.

And I know that when you release that suffering and ask your guardian angel to help you, you will be filled with love.
