Hello to all my beautiful friends. I am praying for you all, always. I know that I probably ask this in almost every newsletter, and sometimes I feel a little bit embarrassed about asking, but today I am asking you to pray.

A Universal Call for Peace and Compassion

Pray for our world, for peace, for love, for compassion and hope. Pray for our leaders to make good decisions for everyone, not just the few, and choose peace. Pray for your neighbour and for the stranger, the person you don't know but you love.

This person could live on the other side of the world, and you don't know who they are, but you love them and you're praying for them. And it's your prayer that might just save their life. Remember, you can pray anywhere. Standing up, out running, while you're at work, or even as you're holding a crying child in your arms.

Finding Strength Through the Storms

Let a prayer cross your mind when unfortunate things happen in the world and your own life, especially when they happen one after the other and you feel as though it will never end. I know this has happened to many of you. We can lose our faith when bad things happen and we feel like we can’t take any more.

Remember, it will pass. You will get through all of these things and life will become good again. Most of us go through ups and downs, but usually one at a time. You are not alone, your guardian angel is right there with you, and there are millions of people all over the world praying for you, and I am too, to give you strength, hope, and love, and to put a smile back on your face.

A Future of Reflection and Healing

In time, you will look back and wonder how you got through everything. Know that we were all praying for you.
