Cold Chills? What Does That Mean? - Focus Sessions

Greetings Lynn,
Ever so often I get a shiver that sends chills to my brain. Not necessarily when am feeling cold though. It happens randomly. What might cause this?
The psychic system runs parallel to the nervous system. I see the psychic system being an extension of the physical nervous system. For example, clairvoyance is an extension of sight and clairaudience is an extension of sound. When someone senses something that extends beyond the five senses, that bridges or crosses over into their physical nervous system (and vice versa).
Chills, gut instincts and nudges are all signs of an active psychic system. When you notice one of these signs they are easy to dismiss because our rational/conscious mind wants everything to make sense. I would encourage you to pay attention. Is there a Divine guiding force encouraging or protecting you? Are you being inspired (in-spirit)?
Our bodies, both physical and spiritual are brilliant. Our creator designed them in such a divine way. Respect and honor your body (temple).
Love and light, Lynn
