We have discussed recently how your mass consciousness is experiencing a toxic purge as it is attempting to come to balance.

This process is a necessary, albeit painful one, that all physical civilizations pass through as they approach a time of new birth. This card is a good sign that confirms your new birth is approaching. On your world, physical births are often preceded by discomfort, pain, and contractions that portend a new life is on its way.

We can extend that analogy to what is happening on your planet. Birth of a new planetary civilization is usually not quick. We know most of you can feel that on the other side of this plunge into the shadow is a new light. Yet, we feel your frustration about the speed at which this birth is unfolding. There is not much you can do as individuals to rush it along, but there is plenty you can do within your own consciousness to help make the birth process smoother and in alignment with the direction you know is a necessary next step in your evolution.

This card refers to the idea of assistance that one receives in a birth process. You have heard us, and many others, tell you over and over that you are supported and loved during this process. Beings from many realms (all aspects of you in other forms), are giving you energy and guidance from the other realms, but we cannot do it for you. You can say that we are cosmic midwives of a sort. However, we cannot give birth FOR you. In a sense, you must learn to be your OWN midwives, which is a higher spiritual training.

With that in mind, we give you this mini guidebook on how to be your own midwife. Acting as your own midwife helps birth the new consciousness through YOU. In turn, that new consciousness then spreads and becomes a dominant energy field through energy resonance. As your mass consciousness begins to resonate with this higher frequency, a reset can take place. This is how each person, doing their own conscious midwifing (or spiritual evolutionary work) plays an important role in the shift of the collective consciousness.

1. Remember to Breathe

Just like in the physical birth process, breath brings your awareness to the now moment. It energizes you, calms the nervous system, and can bring immense clarity when the mind gets quiet. Breath is the bridge between the physical and nonphysical worlds. Using the breath as a focal point can unlock new realities in ways that are hard to imagine. It is a navigational tool – it helps you see where you are going or where you are stuck.

2. Disempower the Fear Stories

It is easy to panic, and stay in that state, when there is a feeling of danger, intensity, or while facing the unknown. This is a time when it becomes paramount to notice when the mind spirals into fear, making stories of doom that have not manifested in the here and now. Whenever you see or feel yourself spiraling into fear (and its minions of rage or victimhood), use your breath to bring yourself back to center and to the present, where you can clearly see that the fearful story is an illusion. Repeating this process will disempower the fear so that the pattern can begin dissolving.

3. Trust the Process

New births – whether they are physical or spiritual – have happened since the beginning of time. They are more painful when you resist or try to control the process. If you let yourself breathe, stay in the moment, and do not empower your fear, the natural birth process takes over. You become a facilitator and co-creator instead of feeling like a victim. Trust is the bridge of transformation.

4. Open Your Heart to the New.

During a painful or intense experience, it may seem counterintuitive to open yourself and become vulnerable when all you want to do is protect yourself. Paradoxically, it is one of the most important parts of the birthing process. Just like a new mom who has already fallen in love with the child about to be born, there is a part of you that can sense the new reality on the other side of the bridge as well as the new you who is waiting to welcome yourself. In quiet moments, if you let yourself, you will be able to sense this new you on the other side, reaching across the bridge to welcome yourself. Feel that connection and let your heart guide you.

5. Expect Miracles.

And finally, you cannot ever fully see what will happen after the birth until you are there but remember that the Universe is always moving toward balance and integration. Birth is the kind of miracle that brings you gifts you do not expect, and more than you can ever imagine. Let yourself be open to receiving those kinds of miracles that help to shape the bright future that you envision for yourself and the collective consciousness of your world.

As you know, the Arcturus energy is one of the consciousnesses that embraces you during any transition. Know that they, among so many others, will never leave your side.
