Q.  Hi Lynn! What is the reason for the strange patterns in the Schumann Resonance this past week? Thank you!  

A: The Schumann Resonance is Gaia's heartbeat.  When there are fluctuations in the energy, it impacts her natural rhythms.  It creates periods of slowed frequencies and then can create a spike.  We also have MANY timelines being negotiated in the 3D plane while other planes such as 4D are coexisting.

There is a surge of all kinds of frequencies happening, and these variations can work in harmony with Gaia or cause her to reside in a different frequency so she can remain in balance (balance is a universal goal).

I get the most recent fluctuations are due to bursts of energy from the sun, portal energy from the sun and timeline glitches.

During highly charged times try to stay grounded (literally feet on the ground).  This helps to work with Gaia and her frequency. Epsom salt baths and nature are also excellent to allow energies to work through you and not at you.  Take time, try to relax, self-reflect and purge. All the above can be helpful as this constant shifts occur.
