Once we decide that certain experiences in our life “is not ok”, then we must take the necessary steps to change it, and that change begins inward. This is so important because we often crave change yet we negotiate our way out of inner change. Inner change requires self-examination and the freedom and courage to make ourselves available for change.
Without your permission nothing changes. Sure things get moved around in a way that may have the appearance of change but it’s often short lived. We work our way back to old behaviors, habits, people and environments. Commit to the transformation of and in your life so that change will be activated as you stand in trust of that change that is taking place. Change is the necessary constant.
