This is a great, new quick how-to from Lee Harris that is so now relevant and the themes are what I hear over and over coming up for people who are so close to making the shifts and changes they want towards the new in their lives, but are hitting the judgment dialogue within that is creating the fear wall.

Questions and being curious are key, as well as sitting with the honest vulnerability of the answers, and then allowing the feelings to move through you without judgment. Feelings aren’t bad…their just feelings…energy expressions.

Energy wants to move. WE are the ones that block them. When you allow yourself to feel them, you invite their movement through you.
