Summer Solstice 2025 and the Power of Inner Renewal

Dear Friends,

The Summer Solstice is the time of greatest light, the longest day and shortest night of the year—a time of well-being, vitality, fertility, and strength. It marks the peak of the sun’s healing power and brings abundance into our lives at the deepest levels.

This sacred moment invites us to embrace new opportunities and release patterns of worry, anxiety, and discouragement. With Jupiter recently moving under Cancer’s influence, we are offered a unique opportunity to focus on home, community, intuition, and self-care—an invitation to go within and open the heart.

More than anything, the solstice reminds us of the power of our alliance with the natural world, and how deeply we are tied to her cycles and rhythms—something easily forgotten amidst the distractions and drama of external events.

Now is an extraordinary window for manifesting the deepest desires of your essence self. Essence knows no limitation, restriction, or loss. It moves beyond ego to realize beauty, joy, richness, and deep serenity.

This Solstice, we will be on the land in Northern New Mexico, leading our powerful and transformative Inner Shaman Retreat. This favorite retreat runs from June 19–23, with teachings from José, contributions from Lena, and opportunities for personal shamanic healing with Anna.

In light of the current energies, there is nothing more nourishing than being in nature, on the land, within a like-minded community—being empowered with new tools and perspectives to eliminate fear and doubt and manifest the best future possible.

Lena is an internationally known teacher and shamanic practitioner. She apprenticed for 10 years with a Huichol Shaman from Mexico and has studied cross cultural shamanic healing from numerous traditions including the Amazon basin, Native American, Northern European and Siberian. Lena has taught and worked with individuals, groups, businesses and communities for the past 25 years, helping to bring shamanic nature based wisdom back into people's lives. One of her specialities is the woven song tradition of the Shipibo tribe in the Peruvian Amazon, the singing of Icaros or healing songs. The individual healing work with these energy patterns through song and other shamanic techniques has had a powerful impact on her clients. Lena is the co-author of the "Secrets of Shamanism, How to Tap the Spirit Power Within" and a contributor to "The Power Path".
