Listening to your heart is not easy. Because the mind always intercedes. The mind, commonly known as the ego, always wants to make its own decisions, its own learning. As if she were the champion of wonderful decisions. So how do you listen to your heart? How to know if it's the heart speaking?

It's not a very simple moment, but it is possible. You just need to be in the Divine Presence. Many answer me: “But I don’t know how to be in the Divine Presence”. So I answer you: You are capable. You are powerful. Let go of this belief that you can't achieve anything. It's necessary. You need to be connected to the Divine Presence.

But for this to happen, you must first of all believe that this is possible; believe that you are capable. So, try it. Try spending some time, just breathing, slowly and deeply. Therein lies the big secret.

Breathing slowly calms the mind. It's as if you put your mind to sleep. Then, after a while, you actually feel disconnected from the world. In this time, forget about commitments, forget about the outside world. Focus only on breathing.

And when you feel good, relaxed, imagine that you are just a piece of wire, with a light bulb in the middle; and 2 ends. One tip connects there in the center of the planet, in the heart of Gaia. And the other end at the ends of the universe. It doesn't matter where; in the heart of God the Father/Mother.

Make this call. And you will see the Light come on. This Light is the Divine Presence. So in this moment, believe that you were able to connect with her. So yes, listen to your heart speak, while the Light is on. Stay focused on this electrical connection. Just look at the light bulb on. As long as this happens, the Divine Presence is there. The heart is speaking. And there will be no doubt about what will be said. Because no one is better than each person's Higher Self, the Divine Presence, to give them advice, to show them the way.

So do this exercise. It is very simple. And a warning: If you don't manage to turn on the lamp the first time you try, don't give up. There may be a piece of wire loose. It may be that the bulb is not fitted properly. What do I mean by that? That everyone is capable. Everyone can do it. Because the Higher Self, the Divine Presence, is not outside; it is within you. So how not to connect with her?

The big problem is not the connection with the Divine Presence. The biggest problem is silencing the ego. It's placating the mind. It's putting the mind to sleep. Not sleeping in the sense that the body is sleeping. But the mind calms down, sleeps, so that the heart can talk, talk, talk without interruptions. This is the big secret.

It's not the connection that's difficult. The difficult thing is to shut your mind. It's making her stay quiet. So do this exercise. And you will notice that every day, the Light will turn on faster. And even if it takes a while to light up, don't be discouraged, don't give up. One day you will make it.

And be ready to listen to your hearts. This is the most important connection right now. Because, it is the voice of Father/Mother God speaking to each one of you. And no, don't think it's impossible. Because each of you has His Divine Spark. So He is in there. It's a little piece of Him that's inside and keeps you alive. Why can't He speak? Why can't it reach you? He is your Divine Presence.

So do this little exercise. And you will see, how soon, you will be listening to your hearts and having loud conversations. And this will be wonderful!
