Step Out of the Story of Age – Saint Germain
Written by Octavia Vasile Views: 11001

"Beloved ones,
The length of your life, the illnesses you carry, even the rhythm by which you measure your years, are part of a story humanity has agreed upon.
It is a story woven so deeply into your collective imagination that you have come to regard it as immovable law. Just as gravity is held in place by collective agreement, so too is the idea that a human body must live seventy, eighty, or ninety years, decline, and then pass.
These boundaries are not absolute. They are patterns of thought repeated so faithfully across generations that they have crystallized into form. And yet, they are still only stories.
Each time you declare, “I am this old,” or “my body must respond this way,” or “my personality is bound by my history,” you enter into that story more fully. You tune yourself into a field of mind and matter that has been shaped by billions before you, and so your body mirrors it.
But remember: you are not the story. You are the consciousness that tells it. And as consciousness, you are free to choose a different telling.
Consciousness Beyond Form
When you release the habit of referring to yourself through age, through the memories of trauma, through the heaviness of personality, you begin to discover your nature as pure awareness. Awareness that flows through many forms at once. Awareness that is not limited to form at all.
The more you embrace yourself as that, the more you loosen the cords of conditioning. The body begins to mirror a new reality, one drawn not from the old agreement of decline, but from the living current of your own consciousness.
Do not be surprised if, in doing so, you feel yourself lighter, more fluid, more free. Life does not have to be measured in years. It can be measured in depth, in presence, in the radiance of being unlimited.
Hold this as your practice: to remember yourself as consciousness first, form second. As you think and live from this truth, your experience will stretch far beyond the boundaries of the story that was once handed to you.
You are here not to repeat the tale of limitation, but to write a new one.
With you always,
I AM Saint Germain"
