It happened again. I found myself standing on a steppe. The earth beneath me was pale and dry, yet threading through it in thin, stubborn ribbons were patches of green grass that seemed to insist on being there regardless of the conditions. It was desolate, and yet it breathed. There was something ancient living in that stillness, something that had witnessed a very great deal.

Before me rose a mountainous terrain. Powerful and weighted with history in a way that I felt in my chest before I even began to move toward it. And move toward it I did, because the moment I stood at its foot, I felt an unmistakable pull to climb.

As I made my way upward, the mountain began to show me things.

Scenes passed through the landscape like memories embedded in stone. Wars. Cities crumbling. Smoke. Faces caught in moments of anguish that spanned what felt like centuries of human history, but also events that looked startlingly recent. And then, in the very same breath, those images would dissolve into something else entirely laughter, children running freely, people reaching for one another across every kind of difference, a tenderness between strangers that was almost unbearably moving. The contrast was vast. And it was clearly meant to prepare me for what was coming.

I was perhaps halfway up when I saw him.

I recognized him instantly, before I had even consciously registered what I was seeing. There is something about him that announces itself before your eyes have fully caught up. He wore a turban, and his eyes, when they found mine across the distance still between us, held that quality I have always known from his presence a deep, luminous warmth, an intelligence that sees through everything without making you feel examined by it. His gaze welcomed me before I had even reached him. As if he had been there a long time already, and was genuinely glad I had found my way. Before me stood Saint Germain.

He motioned for me to follow, and together we continued upward.

The scenes continued as we climbed waves of destruction and waves of peace, again and again, the mountain breathing them in alternating rhythms as if it wanted to be certain I understood something before we reached the top. And then, as we neared the summit, Saint Germain did something unexpected. He slowed. He turned to me and raised one finger gently to his lips, his whole body going very quiet and deliberate, moving forward almost on the tips of his toes, as though something or someone rested nearby that he did not wish to disturb.

We reached the peak.

And there it was.

I cannot fully prepare you for what I felt in that moment, because the instant I saw it, I understood everything where I was, why I had been brought here, and what this place truly was. Resting on that summit, as if it had just arrived and as if it had always been there was Noah’s Ark. The craftsmanship of that vessel mesmerized me.

When I turned to Saint Germain, he began to speak:

“I brought you here,” he said, “to show you the root of the current civilization. This is where it began again, after the catastrophe. This is from where the ancestors of those who walk your planet emerged and scattered across the Earth. And it is here, at this very place, that the pattern is beginning to echo once more.”

He spoke then of the changes that are moving through Earth right now, something surging through human consciousness itself, an expansion that has been building for a very long time. He showed me a needle balanced at the center point between two directions. That needle, he said, can fall either way. It has not been determined.

“You are at a tipping point,” he said. “And you are all, together, in every choice and in every moment, determining which direction this world will go. In a few years, this planet will be unrecognizable. It can go either way. That is entirely yours to choose. And it is being chosen right now.”

He was not alarming as he said this. He was tender about it, the way someone is tender when they believe in you and genuinely need you to understand that what you do matters.

And then he issued an invitation.

He asked me to share this with all who would resonate, and to tell you that he invites each of you, anyone who feels called as they read these words to meet him at the summit of Mount Ararat. To come and stand at the place where civilization began again, and to choose, from that elevated vantage point, the world you wish to help bring forward.

Below is the short practice he shared for how to do exactly that.

A Practice for Meeting Saint Germain at the Summit of Mount Ararat

You do not need any prior experience with Saint Germain to do this. You do not need to have worked with him before, or to have had visions, or to consider yourself spiritual in any particular way. If you are reading these words and something in you stirs, that stirring is invitation enough.

Step One: Come to stillness. Find somewhere you will not be disturbed and sit quietly. Take three slow, deliberate breaths, each exhale releasing whatever the day has placed on your shoulders. You do not need to clear your mind completely. You only need to become a little more still than you were a moment ago.

Step Two: Speak your intention. Either aloud or quietly in your heart, say these words: I am ready to stand on the mountain. I come with an open heart, and I ask Saint Germain to guide my way.

Step Three: Arrive at the steppe. Close your eyes and allow your awareness to drift gently inward and upward. Imagine first the landscape dry, pale earth with ribbons of green threading through it, wide open beneath an ancient sky. Feel the ground beneath your feet. Breathe it in.

Step Four: Climb. Begin to move upward in your inner vision. Let whatever comes, come. Do not force it. Do not control it. Some of you may see scenes of the world as it has been, of the world as it could be. Others may simply sense movement, or light. Witness whatever arises with openness and without trying to direct it.

Step Five: Reach the summit and receive. When you feel you have arrived at the top, pause. Saint Germain may come to you directly, and he may speak. He may simply be present. Or you may feel a deep stillness, a sense of standing at a threshold. Whatever comes, receive it.

Step Six: Choose. From this elevated, expanded place, allow yourself to feel not think, but truly feel what kind of world you wish to help bring forward. Let that feeling move through your entire body. Let it be real and specific and yours. That feeling, held consciously and with genuine intention, is a contribution to the collective. It matters in ways that extend far beyond this moment.

Step Seven: Return. When you feel complete, offer your gratitude to Saint Germain. Take three slow breaths and allow yourself to return fully to the room around you. Place both hands over your heart for a moment before you open your eyes.

That is all that is needed.

Something is turning on this planet right now. And every time one of us chooses consciously, from an expanded and loving place, that needle moves.

Saint Germain is waiting on the mountain. He has extended the invitation. What you do with it is, as always, beautifully and entirely yours to decide.
